After a secure connection has been made, the other issue is how to transfer
funds. Funds need to be transferred either from a bank account or credit card
to the online casino’s account. Whereas this used to a simple transaction,
credit card companies have been increasingly reluctant to accept transfers that
involve gambling; although most gamblers pay their bills, a fair number either
