Hi There
Can you help me with the following, They have not responded to my complaint, and I feel totally ripped off. How can I get the money I won legitimately.
Below is the complaint I have made to cirrus
Hi Would like to ask why no one has responded to this message. I would also like it to go to a senior manager. I would like to point out that your casino rang me, said that we played for fun a lot, and why did we not play for money. I told the lady that my wife and I were struggling with our finances and could not afford. The lady was very persistent, so I eventually agreed to make the minimum deposit, to which she said we would get a 300% bonus, giving us $80 to play with. She said it also put us in a draw to be made that Sunday for $20,000, and that we could now win one of the many random jackpots available. The guy that rang and declined our jackpot said that it was declined because of an ID issue and that we were playing the wrong games. he said I should not have played poker and that we were told that. How would he know, he didn't give us the deal, and no, we were never told what games we could or could not play. The words were we could now play for all the jackpots, because we were playing with real money. Also, as I said before, I feel it was a legitimate win, I was playing the right machine, so what's the problem. So where is the money I won. Has the guy that rung me taken it? It's not back in the jackpot. Surely it has to be paid out. I did not win by doing anything illegal, so how can you not pay. I am determined to get this jackpot, and will do whatever it takes, to stop you from stealing my money, because that is what it is, THEFT. I actually spent last week in the cardiac ward at our hospital, apparently the stress of the last 9 years have caught up with me. This decision to not pay is now causing me chest pain again. The phone call to decline our payment last night has had me up all night, unable to sleep. I am now bitterly disappointed that we could be treated in this way after what appears to be an honest mistake. I feel cheated and now wonder why i bother to play on these sites, something I will no longer do when my money has runout. So what has happened to the jackpot I won????????????????????????????? If we cannot reach a satisfactory conclusion to this, I will be complaining thru every channel I can think of. They like pinching our money, but don't like answering emails. I also have emailed them again, because I am trying to withdraw my funds, no reply. Is there any other channels one can go thru to get these a.holes to cough up, or are they pinching everyones money???? Appreciate your efforts and hope you achieve a result for us. Thanx |

| Just tried to ring these guys. Number no longer connected. Dug into my account history. First requested withdrawal 5000.00 on 4 April at 6.29.56am, declined at 7.51.46am.Requested a withdrawal of 5500.00 on 5 April at 5.24.01pm, declined 6.20.28am on the 7 April, the day they rang me to say I couldn't have it. Interestingly, I have just discovered it was given the approved status at 6.22.15am the same day for the amount of 5627.00, which was the total amount in my account..........very interesting, cause I ain't got it, so who does??????????? I have since tried to make another withdrawal on 28 April for 300.00, which is all legit and above board, and at 7.29.56am on 29 April, it has again been declined. I just wonder if this really is a legit site, or are they out there ripping everyone off??? Again thanx for your help |

This is an issue directly with the casino and we have notified them about it. They will took a look at this and have it taken care of with the customer.

| Very interesting response. Yes I was talking to Jennifer as well. She assumed I agreed to everything. I told her I didn't. They have changed their story again and said they didn't pay me the jackpot because the machine I won it on got stuck and paid the jackpot to 200 people. I do not believe this, because if that had happened, why did they not notify anyone. I am so pissed off I have been pushed into a corner by them. I am currently playing on their site to run my money out. They are full of bullsh--. She was not happy about me contacting you either |

My wife just reminded me about the payout approval on their site at 6.22.15 on the 7 April for the 5627.00. They were unable to explain this either. I guess Steve ariel needs to know this as well. I am more than happy for you to keep negotiating with these turkeys. You appear to have stirred them up a little and made them a bit uncomfortable. | I am a he. Yes ,I do understand why they are not paying the 300.00, and that is okay now. BUT, the non payment of the jackpot is not. There were no terms and conditions that I was awareof..... I was playing the game, the jackpot went off and surprise surprise, the money was in my account. Funnily enough, there was no problem until I tried to withdraw the funds, after spending about 800.00 of my winnings???????????????? interesting. If the jackpot was not proper, why did they wait until I had spent all that money, and tried to make a withdrawal???????? U having fun T, hope so.....lol |

I just like to stir the pot a little and do the best I can to help anyone I can that's all Ok and just a little fun lol I will still wait for a reply from them like they said they do in this thread to tell what they have to say. I seen some crazy stuff from JToodd about this casino I will have to see if I can dig it up. Lets hope for the best for you and get this all fixed. |

I know you will like them They are the Top Notch place I think of 2009. Try all the Rival one's least you get free money with a No Deposit. I just got a free $12.00 from Vegas Regal as an extra chip they give you them at times and I met the WR at $600.00 and cashed out $120.00 that is the max you can take out.

| Heard anything from Cirrus yet. Will they consider a deal and at least pay me half, or do we still fight for the lot. I am moving to Australie soon, and the money would be very handy to help with costs. |

I was on a site today and checked in with the cashier, and sure enough, I had completed my play through, and lo and behold I had withdrawable funds, which I believe you are entitled to make a withdrawal up to that amount, correct. Well, when I was on the cirrus site, there in my withdrawable window, were the funds I had won, so therefore I was entitled to withdraw this amount, correct. So if I wasn't entitled to these funds, why were they there. Well, I would say they were there because they were mine. So, I say this to you at gambling wages, just pay up what is mine and I will go away and not disturb you anymore if that is what you wish. I would rather not because I enjoyed your site until this happened. Make us happy again |

Your Welcome Krafty36 Yes if you make the play through (The WR) You can cash out whatever the max cash out is. It's like the other day I got a $20.00 free chip and the play through (The WR) was at $600.00 and I made it and the max was $140.00 and they take that $20.00 off so I made $120.00. P-T Tom

have not had a reply from Robert, in fact he does not reply at all to my emails???????????? Contacted Cirrus on live chat.Told me they would ring me at 2pm yesterday, then they put it off till 6pm, then they put it off till 2am this morning, for which I waited up. They did not ring, and yet they repeatedly tell me they want it fixed asap. So, i called on live chat just b4 work this morn and got the guy who was supposed to ring me, he got the message but didn't bother ringing. He going to ring at 8pm tonite. He very sarcastically pointed out that I had stuffed up, but that they would pay me 1000 pound to compensate. I don't want 1000, I want the whole 5276 pound that they owe. I feel they should pay the compensation on top of thaat, but I don't expect it. I take it from what Robert said, is that they should pay the whole jackpot, correct. I am in Oz now, sunny Brisbane.Maybe you can pass this to Robert and ask him why he won't converse with me directly. Will see what happens tonite. Cheers guys Charlie |

| They refuse to pay me. I am screaming. They told me I am a cheat. They have offered me 1500 pound and no more. They said that gambling wages has no right telling them what to do. Thet don't believe me about gambling wages or Robert. I feel like going over and threatening someone, told them I would get them blacklisted to which he said he didn't care. His name is RIZ. They also deny the info I gave you regarding the clause on their site which said payment approved. HELP, I want this resolved in the next 24 - 48 hours. I am sick of the abuse from these people |

No No No That group of casino's do suck and this Robert is so called telling people that things are going to be better. But we have not seen anything on a lot of cases on them. We are just hoping it all works out to the good. All I know is I am so glad I never promoted them.

Hi Tom, Maybe good news at last. Casino rang me last night and asked me to fax an authorization form to them and arrange an account with neteller or moneybrokers, so that they can pay me. Wouldn't say how much, accounting dept would not tell him, so heres hoping. It woud appear Robert has done some chasing up, but is just not communicating. hi partyT and krafty i hope im not stepping out of bounds but i just spent the last 45 MINUTES reading about the events and conversations of the past 2MONTHS!! My hat is off to the 2 of you for your perseverance and determination! But it just totally disgusts me the way the casino is treating Joy and the way and what they were accusing her of ...in the USA we take those words to court and teach them a valuable lesson (and make it hurt the pocketbook) what they did to your wife i would think would be considered either slander or deflamation of character (if there is an atty out there that could advise) but that would be one court case and the other is to sue them in court for your winnings. at least we can in US not sure about your country even if it hasnt "there is always a first and it has to start somewhere why not with you?!" Anyhow good luck and keep a stiff upper lip and loud fingers! lol Sorry if i stepped out of line. But this REALLY pissed me off (wish i was an atty i would do this one pro bono!) You know with this group Gamblingwages & Robert you just have to keep on him. I have talked to him over the phone & he tells me not to worry about a thing and that it will be all fixed. Well with this kinda group that is known to be ^%$) up from the get go. Well Shall See what they really do. All I can say is I will stay on top of this matter until we hear more. They have agreed to pay 1000 pound per week for 4 weeks, and I can verify that the first 1000 is in my international account. Thank you all for your perserverence on this, it i greatly appreciated. Have contacted Robert and suggested they now owe me the full amount plus compensation of 1000 pound for all the screwing around. And by the way, the fools didn't change my history, went back in to check the payout for 5627.00, and it is definitely there. I wonder who has taken it. Hi.. This todays lack of progress Oh, so what you are saying is that it was okay for them to blindside me into a deal that leaves me 1700 pound out of pocket. I'm sorry, but from what T told me, and from your emails, I understood that you were going to see to it that they paid me out. I did receive an email from you saying that you had instructed them to pay me out. And with all the subsequent problems I have had, I thought it would have been good customer service to ensure that the customer is satisfied. This customer is neither happy or satisfied with the arrangement. I only accepted their offer at that stage because they said that was all I was getting and that they would promptly deposit 1000 into my account each Monday. I have had to beg for the money, there should be another 1000 in there today, but on checking there is not. I shouldn't have to beg, and I believe I should have been shown a lot more respect than I have been. I don't know of a business anywhere these days that can afford to lose their paying customers, but effectively they are turning me away as a customer. The way this case has proceeded, and from what I've heard from others, they must be very wealthy now, pinching money off people at every possible opportunity. It is sad when a site such as theirs advertises honesty, integrity and quick payouts, when in actual fact they do the opposite. I started to play on their site again, but as far as I am concerned they can stick up their rear passage.
Can you get back to me asap pls with a resolution.
They clearly don't like me talking to you either.

| well, long time no see, tried not to bug you too much. I've been very patient, the f'n aholes. Even Robert doesn't seem to give a f--k any more. Sick of the bastards, they keep promising to pay it, but they still owe me 1500 of what they promised, and it is now 3 weeks overdue. Just thought I would give u and update in case u would like to stir the pot again. Dunno y they don't just pay it to make me go away. They are even more stupid than I thought. Do you know of any legal fellas or gals I can contact to report their sites for abuse, false advertising, fraud, theft, and misrepresentation. I'm sure Robert would be pleased if I was able to take legal action, and have all their sites closed down. There must be someone out there that would like nothing better than to represent us in a case like this. Anyway, i go now |

Seems like Robert and Steve have absolutely no control over their own organisation. Are there any lawyers associated with your site. I believe thaat this site is committing theft, fraud, obtaining money from people under false pretences, false advt on their site which is a breach of internet protocol, and probably a host of other charges which could be laid. My legal advise here agrees with this, but I don't know any lawyers in whatever country they are operating. My lawyer has advise that I could sue these people for a very large sum, and have the whole organisation wiped off the inet, with all theeir casinos closed down, and no longer able to operate anything on the inet again |

I am owed 900 pound, plus some compensation, but i doubt this will happen. I spoke to them again last night, (Kevin), and he said they had problem with payout to moneybooker, lol, and that they would send me a moneygram today. I didn't believe him of course, another delaying tactic, lol, and guess what, I haven't heard a thing. And Robert, I don't mean to be rude, but wht haven't you been able to control this lot and get it paid. You say it has dragged on too long, but there is no action. I take it they just don't take any notice of you or Steve. I keep saying to them, pay and i go away. I do believe though that because of their delaying tactics, they should pay me some compensattion. I mean the pay out sum should have been 5716, and u know this, and then they finally agrred to 4000, and they can't even pay that. I would think anextra 500 shouldn't be out of the way for all the frustration that my wife and i have been put thru. |

Apparently there is a moneygram for US$850 for me to pick up 2mrw, and the balance in another moneygram by Wednesday. Will keep you posted. Maybe Robert and co. did rattle someones dags, cause there appears to be movement, and a different person contacted me, even apologised. Been one hell of a battle, but we're there. Guess what, they sent me a $333 bonus to try and get me back on their site.
