4.7 WE MAKE THE EFFORT AND TAKE ALL MEASURES, FOR WHICH NEITHER WE NOR THE SOFTWARE PROVIDER, NOR ANY OF OUR OR THEIR AFFILIATES AND RELATED PARTIES GUARANTEE, (1) THAT THE SOFTWARE IS FREE FROM INFRINGEMENT, (2) THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE IS FREE OF ERRORS OR INTERRUPTIONS, (3) THAT ANY SOFTWARE DEFECT IS CORRECTED, (4) THAT THE SOFTWARE OR THE SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES AND FLAWS, OR (5) THE PRIVACY, SECURITY, AUTHENTICITY AND NON-CORRUPTION OF ANY INFORMATION TRANSMITTED THROUGH OR STORED IN ANY SYSTEM CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET.
4.8 NEITHER WE NOR THE SOFTWARE PROVIDER NOR ANY OF OUR OR THEIR AFFILIATES AND RELATED PARTIES WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY FOR ANY COST, EXPENSE, LOSS OR DEMANDS WHICH ARISE OR RESULT FROM COMMUNICATIONS OR SYSTEM ERRORS WHICH OCCUR IN CONNECTION WITH THE LIQUIDATION OF ACCOUNTS OR OTHER CHARACTERISTICS OR SOFTWARE COMPONENTS. IN CASE SUCH ERRORS OCCUR, WE WILL HAVE THE RIGHT, BUT NOT THE OBLIGATION, TO REMOVE ANY RELEVANT GAME FROM THE SOFTWARE AND WEBSITE AND TAKE ANY OTHER MEASURE TO CORRECT SUCH ERRORS.
4.9 The Software may include confidential information which is a valuable secret for the Software Provider and/or for us. You do not have the right to use or reveal said confidential information except strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
5. SECURITY
5.1 We only allow access to the Online Casino games through secure networks using codification of the username and their password. You will not be able to play at the Online Casino without passing through our client security entry.

You hereby guarantee and affirm that:

Despite any express or implicit declaration to the contrary in this Agreement, we shall not be under any obligation in any circumstance to return or refund you any of the funds in your player account.
9.8 We shall have the right to withhold or otherwise refuse or reverse any payment of Winnings or amend our policy in case we suspect you are abusing or trying to abuse any of the following: (I) bonuses; (II) other promotions; or (III) specific policies or regulations with regard to an existing or new game.
9.9 We may, at any time, offset any positive balance in your Player Account against any amount that you owe us.

10.3 Notwithstanding the generality of Clauses 10.1 and 10.2 above and of any other limit of responsibility of the Agreement herein, neither we nor the Software Provider nor any of our or their affiliates and related parties shall be responsible for any loss, costs or damage (which have been produced in any way) considered or supposedly resulting from or caused by any of the following:
10.3.1 Any error made due to incorrect information entered by you;
10.3.2 Any fraud, mistaken or false representation made by you;
10.3.3 Our decision not to accept a Deposit from you;
10.3.4 Any delay in receiving or accepting a Deposit by us or the withholding of a Withdrawal by us in order to conduct identity verification procedures;
10.3.5 Use of your Player Account for purposes which may be considered illegal under the applicable laws;
10.3.6 Any transactions in your Player Account which are carried out after the incorrect entry of your Username and Password;
10.3.7 Any interception or unauthorized use of the data regarding you or your Player Account;
10.3.8 Any inability of using or accessing the Website for any reason;

10.3.11 The loss of any transactions caused by the loss or malfunction of any communications device used by you or by any entity which transmits information between you and us, or any other payment solutions company;
10.3.12 Any undelivered e-mail communications;
10.3.13 The quality or availability (or exclusion) of the Website or the Online Casino; or
10.3.14 Any results of any government or authority acts or any case of force majeure.
11. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT OR TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
11.1 We may, at our sole discretion, make changes to this Agreement, the regulations of the games at the Online Casino or the Privacy Policy at any time.

14. NOTICES
14.1 You accept to receive communications from us in electronic form. The electronic communications may be presented in the pages within the Website and/or message archives or help files of your client application, and/or sent to your e-mail address, as we may decide from time to time. All communications in electronic form or printed paper will be considered as done "in writing" and that they have been received after five business days after having been presented or released, whether or not your have really received or recovered the communication. We reserve the right, without assuming any obligation, to provide communications in paper format.
14.2 All notices required to be given in writing to us or any questions
