The College-in-the-Woods Dining Hall at Binghamton University was used for something other than feeding hungry students Saturday. The 33rd annual Casino in the Woods fundraiser transformed the dining hall into a wild west casino. Students and community members played with chips they purchased which raise money for the Miles of Smiles Foundation, a charity that helps sponsor brain cell research ... More jobs are coming to the area. Tioga Downs Casino is hiring 67 people to fill various positions. The casino held a career fair Saturday and another will be held on Tuesday from 11- 7 p.m. Vice President Laurette Pitts says she's happy to help people find employment, especially those who may have fallen on hard times.
